- Your shipping address
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Items ordered
List the items, description, color, price, etc. Be sure to include shipping charges and sales tax (California shipping addresses only). To calculate the total for your order, including shipping charges and tax, simply add the items to a shopping cart and proceed to check out. The shopping cart will total your order. You can then cancel the order and mail your payment. You may also email us, please include the information requested above, and we will respond to you with a total.
