All You Need 2 Know

This was my first ever vending machine and I'll give you the complete lowdown of what needs to happen after you buy this amazing beast.

This information is critical and much is not included with machine in shipping sadly. If this is your first machine expect a month's waiting time for setup.

First off, you need 4 total things after buying the machine: SeedLive, SeedCashless+, Cantaloupe and Verizon. Very small service fees are involved. Each of these you'll need to complete online DocuSigns for. All these numbers you can find online and about half call centers are within the USA. The machine will include info for only Verizon and SeedLive.

The machine does not come with a manual, print that bad boy out and read it.

To change prices you must change prices BOTH on the machine and Cashless+.

Here's the process: Customers swipes, Verizon talks to Cashless+ and SeedLive, machine dispenses.

This has been very frustrating for me BUT, but but....this machine is fantastic, ONLY the software setup has been a problem. Learning new software is never easy. It's just growing pains and I can't hold that against anyone.

5 out of 5 stars. After seeing the transactions online it makes any heartache vanish.

What is the warranty policy on my vending equipment?

How Fast Is Shipping?

Items will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Machines and items that are custom built to order may take several weeks to build, pack, prepare and ship. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days from receipt of your order. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will provide authorization and instructions for returning your order. All returned products must be in original unused condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.

What Is Your Return & Cancellation Policy?

To receive return instructions including your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address, please email us and include your original order number, your name and contact information, and what product(s) you are returning OR call 1-800-260-0010. Returns sent to us without an RMA # will be refused.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount less a three and one-half (3.5) percent cancellation fee. Cancellation requests may take 1-2 business days to process.
