Some of the items we carry are heavy and oversized. In this case, the item will be shipped on a pallet via a freight trucking company. Please note that our standard shipping option will cover "dock-to-dock" shipping.
WHAT DOES DOCK-TO-DOCK MEAN? This means from our loading dock to your loading dock. You will select dock to dock if you have a dock or a forklift at the delivery location. In this case, you will be responsible for unloading the machine off of the truck yourself. If you do not have a loading dock that the freight truck can back up to, or a forklift to unload the machine, then you will need to select delivery with liftgate.
WHAT IS A LIFTGATE? A liftgate is a lift on the back of the delivery truck that allows the delivery driver to get heavy freight items off of the truck and to the ground level. If you choose delivery with liftgate, the truck driver will unload the machine off of the truck for you.
WHAT DOES INSIDE DELIVERY INCLUDE? In addition to liftgate service, inside delivery will also include ground level inside delivery. Meaning that the truck driver will bring the machine inside the threshold of the building, if the doorway allows. Please compare the machine measurements listed on our website to your doorway space to ensure that inside delivery can be properly completed. Specific location placement cannot be guaranteed. Stairs or restricted access are not included with standard inside delivery.
Additional charges may apply if your delivery location is a residential address, requires a lift-gate, has limited-access, or calls for inside delivery.
