Our company purchased the Seaga INF5C Combo Machine to replace an old vending machine that was no longer serviceable. This model was chosen for it combo mode saving floor space and offering more choices in one location. The machine arrived in about 10 days in good condition though not all parts of the shipping skid were intact (as described in the manual). Several items were found in the packaging that were not described in the manual as well as a manufacturing issue. Customer service was contacted at Gumball and I was referred immediately to Seaga to obtain answers. Customer Service at Seaga was helpful in finding the answers, but only after some prodding. The online manual for the machine does not agree with the version shipped with the machine. The manual makes not mention of rear bumpers (little screw feet in the bag) that supposedly keep this heavy machine from being pushed against the wall. No mention of the barrier plate is in the manual. The sheet metal and foam plate sits between the cooling section and the upper dispensing section. No one knows if it is supposed to be level. (It is not leaning downward on the right!). After placement of the product pushers, we have had no problems with the machine dispensing or making change.
