How many capsules does it take to fill a machine?
Toy capsules are sold in standardized sizing of 1” and 2” that are compatible with any standardized toy capsule vending machines on the market.
Be sure to double check the sizing of your capsule machine before ordering to ensure sizing is correct.
What is the best pricing strategy for my vending machine?
A good rule of thumb for determining the price of any item you would place within a vending machine is to double the cost you paid for the item itself as its sale price, but it is always good to experiment with pricing based on the location and traffic!

What Is Your Return Policy?
To receive return instructions including your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address, please email us and include your original order number, your name and contact information, and what product(s) you are returning OR call 1-800-260-0010. Returns sent to us without an RMA # will be refused.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount less a three and one-half (3.5) percent cancellation fee. Cancellation requests may take 1-2 business days to process.
