Not what I was expecting

it came in a timely manner. My mix did not come out well at all tough. Way too many monster rings, no metal necklace, no food items, I got 4 tattoos, not even lobsters or crabs. I will have to come up with over 27+ items for the ones I need to replace. Ninjas and robots are not what most people think of as sunken treasure or pirate booty chest, but, ok. These were Not for a sea hunt night (oh I got one yellow jewel-hmmm). Sorry y'all, I had planned on using these for a treasure hunt games for the tweenies and Teens; not enough variety in the items, most of this batch was the same. When I order I misunderstood by the picture on your site. I was looking for sunken treasure items with maybe a little quirky. I got 183 items definitely short of the 250 promised. But it’s ok we will compensate; maybe we will use them for the little kids as prizes. I guess we got what we kind of pay for. I will think twice about ordering again.

How many capsules does it take to fill a machine?

Toy capsules are sold in standardized sizing of 1” and 2” that are compatible with any standardized toy capsule vending machines on the market.

Be sure to double check the sizing of your capsule machine before ordering to ensure sizing is correct.

What is the best pricing strategy for my vending machine?

A good rule of thumb for determining the price of any item you would place within a vending machine is to double the cost you paid for the item itself as its sale price, but it is always good to experiment with pricing based on the location and traffic!

What Is Your Return Policy?

To receive return instructions including your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address, please email us and include your original order number, your name and contact information, and what product(s) you are returning OR call 1-800-260-0010. Returns sent to us without an RMA # will be refused.
