    Can someone help me?...

I got this gumball machine about one year and just about a week ago when I turned the nosail to get a gumball nothing came out. Also when I went to refill my gumball machine, I couldn't titian the screw on the top and that is when the problem STARTED to happen. If anyone knows ANYTHING on how to fix this PLEASE tell me. Otherwise this product is amazing!

Hello! If your machine isn't dispensing anything, I suggest emptying the globe and making sure there isn't anything jamming the candy wheel. You may also want to make sure the gear wheel on the back of the mechanism is interlocking correctly with the candy wheel. If that doesn't work you should remove the mechanism entirely and make sure it is operating properly. As far as the screw not tightening to the center rod, you should make sure the base is sitting flush on the body of the machine so the center rod is long enough to reach the screw. Hope that helps!

we love our gumball machine. We keep an antique wooden box on the shelf next to it and everyone who comes over knows to help themselves.
