What is the shelf life of my candy / gumballs?
Different types of candy have different shelf lives. Gumballs have a shelf life of 24 months & candy will have a shelf life of at least 18 months.
To maximize shelf life, store the candy unopened in a cool (but not refrigerated) and dry place.
We suggest you purchase your gum or candy no more than 2 months prior to its use.
How many gumballs does it take to fill a gumball machine?
The number of gumballs required to fill a gumball machine depends on the size of the machine, but a typical small to medium-sized gumball machine can hold anywhere between 500 and 1,500 gumballs depending on the gumball size and the design of the machine.
How many gumballs is 1lb?
The amount of gumballs will be dependent on the size ordered. A pound of 1-inch gumballs contains about 60 gumballs, while a pound of 1/2-inch gumballs contains about 220 gumball.
How fast is shipping?

What is your return policy?
To receive return instructions including your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address, please email us and include your original order number, your name and contact information, and what product(s) you are returning OR call 1-800-260-0010. Returns sent to us without an RMA # will be refused.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount less a three and one-half (3.5) percent cancellation fee. Cancellation requests may take 1-2 business days to process.
