After checkout provide the following by either email support@gumball.com or fax 214-550-5070

  1. Your Gumball.com Order #
  2. Amount of the lower price
  3. Provide a link to the product on the competitors website OR copy of the printed ad
  4. We will confirm the lower price and, if applicable, refund 105% of the difference

Plus, if you see a lower advertised price within 7 days of your purchase, we’ll refund 105% of the difference.

Qualifications for our Lowest Price Guarantee

  1. Product must be identical to the one offered on our website, be in-stock, and available for purchase
  2. Guarantee does not apply to items on sale or designated as Clearance
  3. Promotional codes or other discounts from the competitor will not be included in determining the price difference
  4. Product must be new
  5. Competitor cannot be a liquidation or auction site
  6. We reserve the right to not sell any products below our cost, and to limit quantities as necessary
