Does Gumball.com Offer Free Shipping on All Products?

Regrettably no. Unlike other websites we don't increase our product prices to cover free shipping. When comparison shopping, you should always compare the total cost: product price plus shipping. We pride ourselves on being the low cost leader in our industry and back it up with our 105% Lowest Price Guarantee. We ship via UPS or FedEx Ground to ensure the lowest cost, then we charge our customers BELOW what UPS and FedEx charge us. Thus we're actually losing money on your shipping and passing the savings on to you.

How Will My Order Ship?

We ship your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time – the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product page on our site includes the estimated Lead Time below the shipping method to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse.

Delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business days (except for USPS which ships in 1-10 business days) after your order is picked up from the warehouse. For expedited services such as 3-day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air, your order’s travel time is locked in to the given speed you select after the item leaves the warehouse. You should remember that the estimated Lead Time still applies before the item ships out. Be sure to consult the product’s Lead Time before you order with expedited shipping, and call us if you have any questions or concerns.

How Can I Track My Order?

We send tracking numbers via email after your order has shipped. If you ordered multiple items, it's possible they will ship from different warehouses, so you will have multiple tracking numbers. If you created a user account at checkout, you may check the status of your order online by logging into your acount. If you placed an order with us over the phone and provided an email address, we created an account for you. Simply click the link above and enter the email address provided and click the "Forgot Password?" link. We will email the password to you . If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you will not be able to retrieve your password log in.

Refused Shipments

If a parcel is refused, original and return shipping costs, as well any applicable restocking fee, will be charged to the purchaser's original form of payment. This policy applies to items with "Free Shipping" - our actual shipping costs will be subtracted from your return refund.

International Shipping and Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska

Our shopping cart WILL NOT charge the correct amount for international shipping or shipping outside of the contiguous US. Your order will be placed on hold until we obtain a correct freight quote, at which time, you will be e-mailed the full cost of shipping for your approval.

We are happy to ship to a freight forwarding company if you have one. Additionally, we have partnered with Bongo International to service our customers Worldwide! Feel free to use their slick service or contact us if you'd like us to provide a list of freight forwarding companies.

Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers.
